What you're signing up for...

EVERY day of the challenge you're committing to doing the following:

  • Journal for 10 minutes (I have a journal prompt for each day if that helps you get started)
  • Show up somewhere (This means you're going to post to social media every day for 37 days- I don't care which social media platform you choose, but show up there every damn day)
  • Read 10 pages that are relevant to you work- Or listen to 10 minutes of a book on tape or podcast- whichever works best for you. (I personally recommend Business Strategy for Weenie ADHD-Preneurs 😘)
  • Drink a gallon of water every day. After all, a well hydrated brain, is a creative brain. And sorry- this is the only bit I really liked about 75 hard...
  • Go for a 30-minute screen free walk. And yes, music is ok, as is killing two birds with one stone by listening to your book on tape at the same time- just keep your eyes on the world around you. Believe me, it'll be a game changer for you.
